Jenna Cohen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified EMDR therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Therapist and Consultant who specializes in Trauma, Anxiety, Chronic Pain Relief, Perinatal Mental Health, and Traumatic/Complex Grief and Loss.

Jenna Utilizes EMDR to help you heal from trauma, anxiety and depression.

Jenna is also a Chronic Pain Coach who works with clients to heal from chronic pain using PRT and EAET.

Jenna holds advanced training in Perinatal EMDR as well as training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Yoga skills with EMDR.

Jenna approaches therapy from a place of compassion and a belief that each person is the expert in their own life with unique powers to heal. She is originally from New York City and obtained her master’s degree in clinical social work from Columbia University. Jenna is currently Licensed in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts .

Meet Angie Botero Castro, LCSW, a compassionate EMDR, DBT and mindfulness therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma and depression. Angie understands firsthand the impact of racing thoughts, fearfulness, and physical symptoms that can hinder daily life and self-expression. She supports clients in reclaiming their well-being and finding lasting relief through tailored treatments. She earned her master’s in clinical social work from the University of Connecticut, equipping her with a solid foundation to provide effective and empathetic support.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Angie has dedicated her career to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other stressors. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and collaboration, ensuring that each client’s unique goals guide the therapeutic journey. Angie is Licensed to practice in Connecticut.

Stephanie Carvalho, LMSW

Meet Stephanie Carvalho, LMSW. If you are struggling with grief, trauma, anxiety, or significant life changes, you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Stephanie understands how overwhelming and isolating life can feel, whether you’re coping with the loss of a loved one, adjusting to a major life transition, or managing the weight of anxiety.
